The short version: indica-tech.com sets no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one thing in your browser — the currency you chose to see prices in — and nothing else. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The long version, for completeness, is below.
A cookie is a small text file a website can ask your browser to store. Cookies can hold session information ("you are logged in"), preferences ("you chose dark mode"), or tracking identifiers ("you are the same visitor who came back"). Under UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, PECR), websites must get consent before storing anything on your device that is not strictly necessary for the service you requested. PECR covers more than cookies — other browser storage counts too, which is why the next section names the one thing we store.
None. indica-tech.com is a static marketing site. It does not set first-party cookies for analytics, advertising, or behavioural tracking. We chose this deliberately — if we are going to ask you for a five-figure engagement we should not be the site that drops 20 tracking pixels on you.

It holds one of three values — “uk”, “us” or “eu”. It contains no identifier, it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it never leaves your browser. It is a preference you set deliberately, in the same category as choosing dark mode, so it is exempt from the PECR consent requirement. Clearing your site data removes it and the site works exactly as before.
If you never touch the currency switch, nothing is stored at all. The site picks a currency from your browser's own time-zone setting, which it reads on your device and does not record or transmit.
This site embeds a small number of third-party resources. Some may set their own cookies when you interact with them. We disclose them here so you can make an informed choice:

None of these third parties set cookies via this site unless you interact with them. Google Fonts is the one exception in that it is requested on every page load, which is why it is listed first. None of them are used for cross-site tracking or advertising on our behalf.
Every modern browser lets you block, delete, or audit cookies. We recommend it as a general good habit even though we do not set any ourselves:
Blocking cookies globally will have zero effect on your experience of this site, because we do not rely on any.
If we ever add analytics, session recording, A/B testing, or any other cookie-setting tool in the future, we will update this page first and add a proper consent banner before collecting anything. The effective date at the top of the page tells you when this document last changed.
29 September 2026. We added the currency switch to the site, so this page now discloses the one item it stores in your browser. We also changed the home-page video panels so they load nothing from Google until you click play, and gave YouTube its own row above to describe that. The contact form now has an anti-spam captcha step, noted in the same table.
